Patit Creek Adult Residential Care has been providing quality behavioral health care for over 50 years. We provide 24 hour on-site staffing to assist our Residents with their individual needs. We strive to provide a professional, family-oriented home where our Residents are encouraged and supported as they live, learn, grow, and thrive. Our Residents are primarily Medicaid however, we do accept private-pay individuals on a case-by-case basis, depending on level of care.
Our Clinical Director, who supervises all care staff, has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and has over 30 years’ experience in behavioral health care. All care staff are provided with specialized training annually to ensure our Residents are provided with the best care possible. Our staff coordinates with medical professionals, behavioral health professionals and substance abuse professionals as to provide the most appropriate treatment(s) possible for our Residents.

Patit Creek Residents are provided several on-site services—like nutritious meals and housekeeping support—as well as daily living activity assistance. Our Residents are encouraged to engage in group activities and social opportunities. We help arrange transportation for various community activities and/or events. For example; if they choose to attend a church of their choosing, visit and checkout books at the local library, attend local events like Mule Mania, the County Fair, Dayton Daze, Fourth of July fireworks display, etc.
